For now, use version 2.0.9. I'm not actively working on this right now, so it'll probably be a while until support is added, but I do plan on rewriting this for 4.0 compatibility.

@Mysticpasta1 Effects that were de-registered from the jump from 2.x -> 4.x will need to be registered again using their RunicLib attribute equivalents as a base, bug Yirmiri if you have any issues with that.
