Integration with Apotheosis Threat Multiplier

When Apotheosis Threat Multiplier is loaded, the base Apotheosis rarity files will be overridden, and will be assigned the Ancient AffixType to get compatibility for the mod. Additionally, lang keys will be provided to avoid bad translations.
