I've had this happen twice now where I was looking through affix options in the reforging table when the server went down (gracefully). In both cases, the item was nowhere to be found when I rejoined the server.

Potential repro steps:

1. Start a dedicated server
2. Join the server and place a reforging table
3. Put an item in the reforging table
4. Stop the server

Expected: Item is not lost (either returned to inventory or persists in the table)
Actual: Item is lost

Love this mod very much, but this has caused a lot of frustration
