[BUG][1.20.1] "Block drops teleport to you" affix not working

Mods:

  • ApothicAttributes-1.20.1-1.1.4.jar
  • Placebo-1.20.1-8.3.7.jar
  • Patchouli-1.20.1-81-FORGE.jar
  • Apotheosis-1.20.1-7.0.5.jar

Steps to reproduce:

  1. make a new world with creative enabled
  2. hotbar the following items: Netherite Pickaxe, Reforging Table, Godforged Pearl, Gem Dust
  3. reroll affixes until "Block drops will teleport to you" is obtained
  4. change mode to survival
  5. break blocks, find that items are left on the ground
