These tools by default mine in an area but only a single block when sneaking... However, this is not everyone's preferred configuration for such mining. I would like to suggest adding a setting where you could reverse that or give it a keybind of your choice; so people could choose between all three variants:

1. Current mine area except when sneaking
2. Only mine area when sneaking
3. Only mine area when holding keybind and allow choice of that keybind
