Apotheosis

I am not sure why the following two shield-specific potion affixes had their effects swapped out for Speed:

Withering: "Upon blocking, inflict Speed III (00:08)"
Should be: "Upon blocking, inflict Wither III (00:08)"

The following command can be run in a command block to replace it with a shulker box containing an item with both affixes maxed:
