The pinnacle world tier button can't be fully shown when GUI size set to 4

What resolution do you have the window in? The World Tier screen is designed to fit in screen spaces that have an aspect ratio of 16:9 and doesn't attempt to rescale.

It should fit on all screens that are in a 16:9 ratio, even on auto scale (which is the largest one that will fit).

Tested again, the world tier GUI could only fit in screen when enabled full screen by F11.

I can make a slight change that will allow the buttons to fit on that resolution. Part of the background will still go offscreen, but that's not really fixable without trying to downscale it (which would probably make it look awful).
