Single Player and Servers affected

Players are able to craft any potion charm, with only needing a single potion brewed and any item tagged as minecraft:potion in the other slots, excluding a different effect potion ( I.E. trying to mix a nightvision with ancient knowledge, the craft does not complete.

Bug was reported by player and was able to be replicated.
