"Obliteration" and "Splitting" enchanments not showing

When trying to enchant an anvil on the enchanting table it doesn't show the possibility of enchanting it.
When searching on JEI, enchantment doesn't show.
Cycled the trading of villagers and both enchantments aren't available either.
Chronicle of Shadows shows "BAD LINK: apotheosis:enchanting/anvil/obliteration
(same happens with splitting)
All other enchantments work as intended.
(Yes all apotheosis dependencies are installed)
(Example of other enchantment description appearing as normal)
