Title. Not much else to say, this enchantment can be very good but at the same time it messes with a lot of stuff.. Being able to toggle them off (or between them) would be far better. (or at least an option to not get them in the reforging table, as oen must reroll a lot and sometimes wasting god pearls on an enchantment that is very good but has the flight is annoying)

There's no way to add a keybind to control that functionality, since that would mean adding a keybind to the entire attribute (which would override/conflict with other mods that use the attribute). You can use the Augmenting Table to remove the affix if you don't want it on an item.
