Many players seem to be unable to determine that World Tiers even exist, much less how to enter the World Tier menu and interact with them.

We'll need to come up with a solution to that, which effectively forces the player to be able to interact with the tier menu.

One idea that has been floated is to make Affix Items and Gems act like Unidentified Items until the World Tier menu has been opened for the first time.
