Affixes are not generating

I have a custom modpack with my friend that uses Apothic Enchanting and i noticed that items are spawning with rarities but no affixes.

shown here the iron axe has a common loot color but no extra verbage and when trying to set my world difficulty it says that i cant activate the lowest difficulty because i havent found an affixed item

Yes I do
I have AAA particles and AAA particles world

Current versions of Apoth and AAA Particles are incompatible due to AAA Particles applying a mixin to remove all resource location validation. ChloePrime/AAAParticles#55
