[BUG] Enchantment table randomly stopped working only offering level 1 enchants.

ive tried breaking all the shelves, enchant table itself and even tried loading in new ones. nothing is blocking either side. any help is appreciated (if i didnt report this properly please ask me for any info ive missed)

Caused by Plant Farms by process of elimination. Not sure why.
