Hello. I've looked at a few threads with this issue and could never really pin point the cause of my issue. So I made my own modpack several days ago and everything is running perfectly fine. Until I go to enchant- I can fully enchant Swords and armor fine, but when I go to enchant any tools I get the 'Limited Enchantability' which is an issue I've never had before. I have included some pictures and my debug

This is not a bug, it's because the Basic Enchanting Power (aka enchantability) of the very item in the enchantment table, where Power cannot roll even 1 suitable enchantment for the item.

Hm weird, because I've attempted even making the enchant table to level 100 and I still had this same message?

Just look up all enchantments recipes in JEI the item can receive.

What the hell, you're right... Somehow my pickaxe cant even have Efficiency uhm what can I do about that??

You can make a datapack add this item into what enchantments you like or ask the mod author to see if they would fix it.

Its weird because its a pickaxe which in Vanilla accepts 5 enchants + more with Apotheosis... But thats for your help.

You probably have a mod in your instance breaking the enchanting tags, which control what enchantments are applicable to specific items.
