I'm not sure if it's a conflict, but in the Akashic Records of Tensura modpack, removing Apotheosis resolved the issue with the crouching setting the step height to 0. Is there another fix for this, because I love the Apotheosis mod?

I forgot to add that the pack is in 1.19.2

Apotheosis forces use of the step height attribute rather than any legacy mechanisms. The modpack probably has a mod that is using the deprecated system.
