Right now invaders need either Names or Name Parts to not be empty in the config. For my modpack i want them to spawn with no names.

Invaders only use name generation if specified in their data file. If you wish to generate invaders without using name gen, you should datapack all invaders to no longer specify "name": "use_name_generation".
