Mining ores with a pickaxe with this enchantment gives you the product you would get from smelting said ore in a furnace. Combined with the fortune enchantment, you can get multiple of the same product from one ore, like 2 netherite scraps from 1 ancient debris.

If balancing is an issue, then the book can be made rare like mending or soul speed books.
