The recipe for charms has blaze powder with an invalid Potion NBT tag, as minecraft:blaze_powder{Potion: "apotheosis:strong_wither"}. This causes some operations such as auto-populating crafting grids to fail, but if the recipe is loaded as-is into a Refined Storage crafter, the server will crash with a recursion error. I verified this extraneous tag exists in a world instance with only Apotheosis and JEI loaded to ensure it wasn't a mod conflict causing the tag in the first place.

To repro, turn on show advanced tooltips (F3+H) and look at the recipe in JEI.
