When finding a wandering trader that has an affix trade, the emerald cost and the item with the affix are reversed; and if the item has a common loot rarity, it has no price/cost.

Where the parameter order of the MerchantOffer constructor was swapped (Price <-> Result); and the amount of emeralds is defined by the rarity ordinal, which is 0-indexed, times 10.
