Some advancements are given upon doing the wrong stuff.

If you're just starting the world you will automatically be given the [Spawner Harvester] advancements even though its not been done yet.

And enchanting an item in the enchantment table will also give you the advancements: [Hell Infusion] & [Sea Infusion] without actually doing those correctly.

There might be more like these, but these are the ones I've encountered.

Edit: Seems like the advancements for modifiers are not working. Only the [Spawner Modifier] is actually given. No other modifier advancements.

All fixed, except for the Spawner Harvester advancement. That is still granted on world load, without actually obtaining one.
