When trying to use crafttweaker alongside apotheosis, it doesn't register its recipe types properly, and if you use /ct dump_brackets to get a full list of all recipe types ingame, Apotheosis recipe types won't show up at all. And if you try to use /ct recipes hand to get the recipe that is crafted using apotheosis crafting systems, it will return the recipe type as null.

This ultimately doesn't affect the average player, as the recipes still work properly for normal play, but it makes it very difficult for map makers to make custom recipes using the CT crafting systems, like infusion enchanting and fletching.

I think this may be the same issue I've got? Every time a player logs in, I see this in my server logs:
