[1.18.2] Unable to open enchantment table

When attempting to open the enchantment table, it does nothing in-game, but in the server console it prints:

The version we are running on the server and in the modpack is Apotheosis-1.18.2-5.3.6
We are running on forge 40.1.41
The only config modified from default for Apotheosis is the enchantments max levels.
Other mods are installed, like minecolonies, quark, cursery. The only config modified from those mods was minecolonies for the abandoned colonies and quark to disable matrix enchanting.
