Altar of the Sea doesn't drop as item when broken

Apotheosis Version 2.1.5
Forge version 28.0.45
Silent Gear version 1.14.4-1.3.8+56
Placed Altar, broke it with a Silent Gear pickaxe, did not return item. Not sure if it was the combination of breaking it with the pick or if the loot table drop was screwy.
As an aside: Did you remove the conveyors with this version?
