Literally just what the title says. I tried to look for the cause, maybe attack speed? Maybe a certain affix? Nope. All affixes, no matter the stats, cause this. I vaguely know better combats code and have dove a little into apotheosis' too, and i cannot think of an area this might arise from, so instead of trying to PR i thought i would let the big man handle it.
