Test with dummmmy, apotheosis, jei.
I found that shield may have the Thunderstruck affix with pretty high damage, and it won't trigger the damage.
And I found this affix in "sword" folder of the mod's datapack, but I never see this affix appearing in any sword, and the language file seems normal.
