Vex summoned by evokers with a certain rarity drop items with the same rarity, which makes the farming of mythical items broken.
I don't know if it's intended but I don't think so.

Cannot reproduce. Some other mod in your instance must be cloning the Evoker's items to the Vex, which is out of my control.
