[Bug]Cannot modify recipes in Apotheosis in any form.

I tried using the vanilla data pack to modify it, but it didn't work, and then I tried KubeJS or CraftTweaker to make the changes, but still couldn't succeed.
version:Apotheosis-1.19.2-6.3.5
