Crash on startup with latest betas.

Crash a few seconds after attempting start-up. Not sure if this is a AppleCore or HungerOverhaul crash.
Will be fixed in TiC and the change that caused the crash has been reverted for the time being in Hunger Overhaul.

Thanks for reporting it.
It's actually Tinkers' Construct being unsafe and assuming that all PotionLaunchers have NBT data...
Not sure how best to address this. @bonii-xx?
