I'm kinda shocked that it hasn't been put into place, but. I would really love to see a config option that allows us to set the hunger/saturation to number values that show up in the tooltip, instead of relying on images to determine the values.

As a mod dev, when I need to check my saturation values and such, trying to read those icons is not possible. I need to use the F3 screen and check the values in there. It would be more helpful to see them in the tooltip.
