[Bug] Tooltip line "Hold 'G' to open guide" flickers when ME Mana Storage Cell is in ME Drive

Problem Description
The tooltips for Applied Energistics 2 (AE2) items, specifically the line instructing the user to press a key for a guide (e.g., "Hold "G" to open guide"), exhibit a severe and distracting flicker/rapid reappearance. This behavior makes the line unreadable and prevents the in-game guide feature from being used effectively.
The issue is directly tied to the presence of the ME Mana Storage Cell within an ME Drive.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a working Applied Energistics 2 network connected to a ME Drive.
Place one or more ME Mana Storage Cells (from Applied Botanics) into a slot inside the ME Drive.
Hover the mouse cursor over any AE2 item (e.g., in a terminal, or the ME Drive slots).
Expected Result: The AE2 tooltip should display static, non-flickering text, including the guide line.
Actual Result: The guide line text rapidly disappears and reappears (flickers).
Observation / Temporary Fix
Removing all ME Mana Storage Cells from the ME Drive immediately and reliably stops the flickering issue. The tooltips stabilize and display correctly. The bug only occurs when the cell is loaded in a Drive.
