I just add your mod in my modpack, and first start with your mod installed, the crash directly with error during the load_registries event phase;

After that, question to see if this is caused by the last update of AE2, I have downgrade AE2 to the last release version before the current one (v.8.3.1), and the game start correctly. So in conclusion, the last AE2 update broke your mod.
