[Fabric] Failed to start server with AE2WTLib 11.1.0

Minecraft version: 1.18.2
Fabric loader version: 0.14.6
Fabric API version: 0.55.1+1.18.2
AE2 version: 11.1.0

Server fails to start when the latest version of AE2WTLib is installed. As soon as it's removed, server starts without a hitch.

Not Enough Crashes wrongly reports the issue being caused by AE2 itself, but here are the relevant log lines anyway.
Can't provide a crash log as the server doesn't actually crash, it "just" doesn't start.

while this is for fabric, and #139 is for forge, this is the same underlying issue

funnily enough, this is actually an ae2 issue (still my fault tho)
