using the quantum terminal but i will not connect i do have a quantum ring set up connect to another one

I am not quite sure what your problem is but the message "This terminal does not contain any other terminals"
usually appears if you gave yourself a Wireless Universal Terminal via

• command
• creative mode
• JEI / REI / EMI

which may result in the terminal not working.
You have to craft the terminal yourself for it to work
