I was going to apply the infinity boost card on my terminal but found no place to put the quantum entangled singularity on.

in 1.18.2 the infinity boost card is enough to get infinite range, you don't need a singularity.

keep in mind that the terminal only works when your me network is loaded, so if you go farther away you will need a chunk loader at your base.
