In my world i created a Quantum network bridge and the quantum network card with the singulatiry and every dimension i go to says quantum network not found. is it in a loaded chunk and i also have the chunk force loaded in the place my quantum netwprl is in any Ideas?

Does it work if you stand close to your system?
(even if you are in range of an access point, you can see the quantum bridge connection working since it will charge the terminal and keep it at 100%)

If works there, than it would be some kind of issue with your chunk loading.
If it doesn't work there, then I am not really sure what happened either, since it seems like you set up the bridge correctly
