Shift + Use on an universal terminal should open a menu to directly select a terminal

currently it opens a custom minemenu screen (if minemenufabric is present), but

  1. It should always do this and not only if some mod is present
  2. MineMenuFabric is discontinued, and while it does still work for 1.16 / 1.17, it will probably not receive any updates

shift clicking the cycle terminal button should also open this screen
