Enabling custom recipes cause Thaumcraft NEI Plugin to crash

As soon as custom recipes are enabled, looking a recipe in NEI triggers an index out of bound exception in Thaumcraft NEI Plugin.

Issue has been reported to Thaumcraft NEI Pluggin here with crashlog:

Ok, as it turns out, if all generated recipes are not copied to user or some ore dictionary entries are not registered, it cause Thaumcraft NEI Plugin to crash because it tries display an empty IItemStack.
