When i shift- double left clicked a piece of coal that i had in the crafting terminal with another item selected my game crashed,it gave me 2 blank crash reports,

if i translated it right, enderstorage has a problem with your hard drive beeing toitally full .. nothing related to AE ther ... thats probably also a reason why your crashlogs are empty!

PS your savegame is probably broken, you should use chunkfixer on your world before working with it or you may have other errors in future

PPS i always recommend to NOT use the built in java runtime, install the newest from java.com (be aware not to use the webinstaller, or you may accidentially install 32bit instead of 64bit version)
