Cant Place blocks near me system

hello!
every time i place ae2 blocks near the system its breaks, i cant acsses my items and i cant acsses the system ....when i take of the power i can get into the chest and the blocks but as soon as i turn the power on i cant get acsess.... please if you had this problem i would love if you help me
