SUGGESTION: Automatic Block-to-Bar Breaker and vice-versa for ME Terminals

####THIS ISSUE IS SOLELY FOR THE ME SYSTEM

Description

Ever thought about automaticaly transforming e.g. 9 Iron Bars into a Iron Block automaticaly to reduce storage usage even more? Well I had that idea when i saw the "Storage Drawers" Mod.

It would help a lot since it could automaticaly break the blocks to bars when needed, and vice-versa.

You can capsule it into an upgrade to make it optinal and use the slots for the "View Cells". I think it would decrese storage usage alot, especialy when you have Quarries installed.

Please consider that I am using an old Minecraft Version, but I am aware that it hasn't been implemented yet.

I would enjoy to see this in further releases since I think it would be realy convenient. I would realy appreciate some feedback for the idea and would like to be of any support, if possible.

Keep me up-to-date if you should consider implementing my idea.

You can already achieve this with the autocrafting or other tools in AE2.

The goal of AE2 is to give you the tools to implement your ideas. Not to have everything work out of the box.
