Two Steps Autocrafting.
Molecular Assembler with Interface and Pattern for Fluix Seeds
(1 Sand + 1 Fluix Dust = 2 Fluix Seeds)

Chest with Interface and Pattern for Pure Fluix Crystal to Export while autocrafting the Seeds into the Chest, Chest drops it in Water and would be picked up with an other chest for importing back.

If i try to start the process of 1 Pure Fluix Crystal the Crafting CPU response with: 1 Fluix Seed missing instead of producing one. If so the fluix dust for producing the seed is missing he should normally respond with: 1 Fluix Dust missing. If everything exist for the crafting process of 1 Fluix Seed (1 Sand + 1 Fluix Dust) it still says: 1 Fluix Seed missing.

Same problem with Pure Certus Quartz Crystals and i think Pure Nether Quartz Crystals

Problem fixed.
Solution: Process Step by Step instead of using Items from picking in creative mode (over JEI)
Recreated the pattern with one manually made Seeds and 1 Pure Fluix Crystal and now everything works.
