Quartz Grindstone Duplicates Items When GUI is Open and Block is Broken

Description
When looking in a Quartz Grindstone GUI/Inventory and the block is broken the GUI retains the inventory and the items are also thrown on the ground. You can pull the items from the GUI and double what you originally had.
This can work by breaking it with TNT, a block breaker, another player, etc.
Environment
Tested in SSP.
