ME Drive not being detected by Smart Cable despite having channels and other ME Drives near it operating normally

Description

Using AE2 in Modern Skyblock 3 Departed.
AE Version appliedenergistics2-rv5-stable-11.jar

Ran out of storage so built 2 more ME drives, one of which detects correctly, the other does not.
Any disks placed in this second ME drive are not detected by the network and show a grey light.
