The report is pretty much identical to #3458 ; put down a chest, have a simple power-only attached mini-net (in this case a couple cables, formation plane, import bus). Put the items in to the chest and let them eject in to the world (I chose sideways).

Expected behavior: drop 1 each of charged certus quartz, redstone dust, nether quartz.

Actual behavior: dropped 1 of one item and an infinite quantity of redstone dust.
(I stopped it before it crossed two stacks, and I don't care about the excess because I already automated energetic bees.)

Reproducible both in single player (creative) and on a server I'm playing on.

I realize that in bug #3458 it's fairly well explained that the /cause/ of this is probably Forge API limitations and some other mod not following the expected use of those APIs... BUT from a user perspective it's AE2 that's revealing the issue. There is no user facing hint about any other mod causing the issue. A continued history of interactions and places where they come up in mod packs should better illustrate a solution that solves the problem for everyone.
