Powered Items shown in AE despite the config being set to show RF

Description

Items like Power cells, Entropy manipulators, Wireless Terminals, Portable cells, etc. all show their Power in AE instead of RF like i set it in the Config.

the ME system itself (using the networking tool) shows everything in RF though. it's just the items themself.

  • Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
  • AE2 Version: RV5-Stable-11
  • Forge Version: 14.23.4.2747

The config option is mainly intended for the network tool to make it easier to compare the power consumption with the used power system. Internally it still uses AE and to avoid confusing players about a cell appearing to store RF it won't convert these values.
