Crash when breaking facades with Chisel textures

Description

Breaking a Chisel block facade with a pick causes a crash.

To reproduce:

  1. Craft a facade using any Chisel block (tested using chisel:cobblestone, "Cracked" variant).
  2. Place the facade on any cable (tested using ME Glass Cable - Fluix).
  3. Attempt to break the facade/cable using an Iron Pickaxe.

The previous stable release of AE2 had no problems with Chisel blocks.

Environment

Tested on a single player, fresh install of MC+Forge. Only AE2, Chisel and ConnectedTexturesMod (required by Chisel) were installed.
