Mod Version: AE2 rv6-stable-1
Pack: Gregblock 1.1.3

ME Fluid Annihilation Planes do not function without ME Fluid Storage Cells in the system, even if there is available space within the system as provided by an ME Storage Bus.

To Reproduce

  1. Fluid Storage Bus attached to fluid storage (used Industrial Foregoing Blackhole Tank)
  2. Fluid Annihilation Plane over a renewable water source.

Expected behavior
I would expect the water to start filling in the storage bus immediately, similar to how items work in that the system can begin transferring through a storage bus attached to a drawer controller without the need for any ME Storage Cells.
