There isn't even any information to start looking into.
Basically it can easily be caused by a couple of issues, like some AE2 addons can cause constant network resets, which will be synchronised with the client. The storage drawer behaving strangely and externally inventories are in general somewhat slow because forge doesn't care about performance at all. Or the usual chunk loading/unloading or power issues.
It really needs an actual profiling done serverside to even start looking into it. Otherwise there isn't much we can do about it now.
Can you do a short testing by installing a creative energy cell from ae2 first? Just to rule out power issue quickly. And the chunkload everything of the network to rule out any unloading issues please.
Hello! I am said owner, what would you like me to run Yueh and how would you like the data?
It didn't seem to fix it, data usage still sky rocketed to over 2 MB/s. I believe it's because of GTCE and how they generate all their items.
alright i got the same problem and i think i found whats so bad for me it was an half full black hole Tank with water after i replaced that with a smaller tank the 2mb/s AE Custompayloads are gone
I'll try to replace my blackhole tanks with some fluid cells, see if that helps.
EDIT: after breaking the smart cable to the fluid area, it did fix it.
