Starting a craft job crashes the server

Describe the bug
Attempting to auto craft an item through an interface crashes the server.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a basic ME network with 1 crafting CPU, an interface, a terminal and a disk drive.
  2. Create a pattern for a stick.
  3. Put the pattern in an interface.
  4. Put some planks in the system and attempt to craft the stick.
  5. Boom.

Expected behavior
Items required to craft the stick are exported correctly through the interface.

Additional context
Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ItemStack#isEmpty() has to be false
