Looks like a corrupted modpack, reinstalling might solve it. Or one of the coremods break the normal classloading.

Closing for now as there is nothing we can really do until the actual cause is identified. E.g. reduce the mods until it no longer happens and then try to identify which mod needs to be readded to cause it again. Ideally just AE2 + that particular mod. Will reopen it once there are more details.
